Making Miracles

Our bodies are extremely complex and our responses to stimuli in our lives can impact upon each of us in differing ways, depending upon how we have learned to deal with things and whereabouts we are on our life path.  Physical symptoms that you experience are directly connected to your responses to the emotions you were feeling at that time.  As per the title of an excellent book to which we often refer – “The Body is the Barometer of the Soul by Annette Noontil – your soul needs to send you messages so that you know whether or not you are on the correct path in your life.  To do so, the body is used as the means of communication — so, the body shows us particular behavioural patterns or symptoms and if we look carefully and find the message from those symptoms, we are then able to stop that particular form of behaviour and hence heal that aspect of our life.  If you don’t look for the message that your body is sending you, or if you feel that what your body is doing is separate to what your emotions are doing, then you will most likely find that either the symptoms increase or else differing symptoms, that are more impacting, will be shown to you – until you take notice and appreciate the reasons these things are happening.  Often we are definitely aware that we are being told something — just that we are not sure exactly what we are being told.

We discuss the importance of chakras within all we do in our Courses and Workshops and reiterate here again ….. to understand why our body and mind behaves in certain ways upon stimulus, we must gain an understanding of the complete mind/body/soul connections.  Whatever happens in one area causes a trigger in another … this is the way we can learn to understand and how we grow and move forward.  Nothing in our lives is isolated — it is all interconnected, so the ways that we feel are a response to the ways we have been handling things in our life.  Sometimes things happen to us that we feel are nothing to do with what we are currently experiencing, but in actual fact, that is not the case.  We have experiences in our lives so that we are able to learn and to grow.  When we are able to gain an understanding of how our physical bodies actually convey messages to us via the symptoms they put forward, we are then able to much more quickly heal that which is needing attention and our life is able to progress.

The MIND is the powerful healer that will cure anything if you want it to!!

It is our belief that the only spiritual and emotional healing that can take place and achieve success is that which the person does for themselves. Certainly a practitioner can assist, and guide you towards the problem areas, but the actual healing must be done by you. We each are in charge of our own destiny – our own physical, emotional and spiritual bodies – and so therefore it is up to each of us to learn what we need to do to alter or improve our situations and our lives.  To make these healing changes, we must first of all understand what it is that is causing the problems we are having. Once we are aware of what is causing them, it is then up to us to make the changes that will put things back into balance for ourselves.

Qualities we come to Earth to Learn

Our purpose in life is to grow spiritually and raise our level of consciousness to become ONE with all things. Many people say that they do not know what their purpose is. It does not matter in what profession or field of work you are, we all come to Earth to learn certain qualities. We are evolving souls and our need is to keep growing. We are unhappy when we are stagnating or procrastinating. Our guidance – our Higher Selves – know what our purpose is and they lead us into situations where we can best learn the qualities that we have come to learn, but if we don’t learn – we just keep being put into similar situations again and again until we do learn it.
Sometimes, our experiences cause us much hurt and stress. When we learn from a very hurtful experience, it takes all the hurt away because we know we have grown from it and can then help others with that knowledge. Then we will be better equipped for our next experience.

We Are What We Are Because Of Our Thinking!

Any of our spiritual growth needs to be constantly worked on and, as mentioned, it is necessary for us to do this work ourselves — no-one can do it for us.  All you need to do to grow and to overcome all the varying problems you have in the course of your life is to find out how to understand the reasons you are having these things happen ……… then, you will be able to alter your outlook and hence you have then healed yourself!!

You can make things happen if you so desire :

“If it is to be – it is up to me!”

It is your responsibility to enjoy yourself this lifetime.
You did not come to suffer — The Spiritual way is simple and loving.

The CHAKRAS are your energy centres. All around you, you have an aura. You can often feel that energy field around you. You can also learn to see that aura field all around your body and it changes colour with the way you are feeling. Understanding each of the seven chakras will help you to know and understand your aura or soul part as well – how it needs to be thinking to keep each area of the body in good working order. The chakras are where energy is distributed throughout the body and they are there to control the body. So how you are thinking in your soul is the power that is available to each cell in your body. Your chakras respond to colours. Because colours have energy and they stimulate the chakra to a certain extent, it is good to know the energy they give off.

We Each Create Our Reality

When someone makes a decision that leaves them with stress, creating a blockage in the energy field with a sufficient degree of intensity, this creates a symptom on the physical level. The symptom speaks a certain language, which reflects the idea that we each create our own reality. When the symptom is described from that point of view, the metaphoric significance of the symptom becomes clear. Thus, instead of saying, “I can’t see,” the person would have to say, “I have been keeping myself from seeing something.” If they cannot walk, they would have to say, “I have been keeping myself from walking away from something.” And so on. We must understand that there are no accidents and no coincidences.

Things do happen according to a pattern and order.

The Human Directional System

We can say that we have an inner guidance system, a connection to our Higher Self, or our Inner Being, or whatever name we choose to give this Higher Intelligence. This inner guidance system functions through what we call our intuition, or our instinct. It speaks a very simple language. Either it feels good, or it doesn’t. All the rest is just politics.

We are told we should move with what feels good, and do not do what doesn’t feel good to us. We are told to trust this inner voice. When we don’t follow this inner voice we feel tension. We feel not-good.

Then, the voice must get louder. The next level of communication is through the emotions. As we move more and more in the direction that feels not-good, we experience more and more emotions that feel not-good, and at some point we can say, “I should have listened to myself when I thought to move in the other direction.” That meant that we heard the inner voice. Otherwise, we could not have said, “I should have listened.” If we make the decision we know is the right one for us, and therefore change direction, there is a release of tension, we feel better, and we know we are again on the right track.

If we continue to move in the direction that feels not-good, the communication reaches the physical level. We create a symptom, and the symptom speaks a language which reflects the idea that we each create our own reality. When we describe the symptom from that point of view, we can understand the message.

If we change our way of being, we have received the message, and the symptom has no further reason for being. It is able to be released, according to whatever we allow ourselves to believe is possible.

If we created the symptom with a decision, we are also able to release it with a decision.

As an hypothesis, we can imagine that someone makes a decision that it is not a good idea to express what they want. From that moment, whenever there is something they want, they keep themselves from expressing it, and therefore from having what they want. That feels not-good. The tension grows. They feel more and more not-good as they keep themselves from expressing what they want and not having it.

Eventually, something happens to create a symptom on the physical level, and their right arm is affected. It could have happened through falling from a ladder, or in an automobile accident, or by pinching a nerve in the neck, or by “sleeping in a draught.

Something had to happen on the physical level to create the symptom, in order to give the person the message on the physical level about what they had been doing to themselves. We do to ourselves literally what we have been doing to ourselves figuratively.

The effect is that the person cannot move their arm. They are keeping themselves from reaching for something, and since it is the right arm, on the “will” side of the body, they are keeping themselves from reaching for or going for what they want. They have been giving themselves reasons to not believe that they could have what they want. When they begin to do something different in their consciousness, they notice that something different begins to happen with their arm, and the symptom is able to be released.

We believe everything is possible.
We believe that anything can be healed.
It’s just a question of how to do it.

Workshops on varying topics can be arranged for interested groups.
