We confirm all appointments the day prior as a courtesy and last-minute reminder, so ensure you mark your Diary carefully and look out for the reminders.
Please take a moment between now and your appointment to review what you would like to discuss, and have ready any questions you need answered.
In regard to the Free Introductory Chats, because we offer these at no charge, we ask you to be very understanding of the importance of keeping your appointment, as cancellations or no-shows are detrimental to the work we have set aside for other clients. Without proper notice of cancellations, we are unable to rebook any appointments with other clients.
